Shipping & Delivery

We ship all printed products using UPS Ground with tracking number. Electronic products are delivered via email. Depending on what you have ordered, printing can take up to 5 business days before the finished product is shipped to you.


Privacy & Security

We guard our customer's privacy with the same care that we take with our personal information. We will never share, sell, rent or otherwise give your information to a third party. Payments on our site are processed by a separate payment processing company that uses the industry best practice security measures to protect your financial information. We are never in possession of your credit card or bank details.


Returns & Replacements

Products are not returnable because they are custom-created for each customer. If you find that anything in your order was not satisfactory, we encourage you to contact customer service so we can make it right.


Ordering

All orders are processed through our website. We cannot take orders by telephone. This ensures that your private financial information is handled securely through our payment processor.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our payment processor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. They can also process a payment by check for you. You can create an account with them if you want to use their service again in the future - or you can complete a one-time payment without creating an account. They process your transaction through their secure site. We are never in possession of your financial information.

To see the status of your current order or to review your order history, please use the My Account feature at the top right corner of the page.

To update your account information with us, just login to your account using the My Account feature at the top right corner of the page.
